CTS Training Pty Ltd (CTS) is a wholly Australian owned private company based in Brisbane. We are an independent business, originally founded in 1988, and operating from Brisbane’s CBD. Our business is training in Information Technology Applications and Soft Skills / Professional Development for the corporate and government sectors. We have a successful record of managing large-scale multi-branch training rollouts for major banks and government and corporations.
CTS Training is located on Level 6, 288 Edward Street (between Ann and Adelaide Streets) in Brisbane, diagonally opposite Central Train Station. Our building provides wheel-chair access, and there are several public car parks in the vicinity.
The CTS Training Centre provides 6 fully equipped classrooms which can accommodate up to 20 students. We also have a Student Break Out and Lounge area which includes kitchen facilities, plumbed-in water-cooler, coffee / cappuccino / hot-chocolate / soup dispenser, television, and CD/DVD player.
CTS Training is unparalleled in the Brisbane training market in terms of the quality of its training delivery. All of our trainers are highly qualified, and receive personal coaching and mentoring to ensure a consistent standard of training delivery each and every time.
All courseware used by CTS Training is owned by CTS Training. This is a great advantage because courseware content can be adapted and integrated as requested by our clients. All CTS Training courseware has been designed with strong reference to adult learning principles. Each learning module is designed to meet the needs of a variety of learners, including visual, kinaesthetic and logical learning styles. Each module has also been designed with human productivity cycles in mind, and, as such, provide opportunities for reinforcement of learning with or without the assistance of a trainer.
