1. Work breakdown structures (WBS)and network diagrams
2. Identify the critical path
3. Project Plan Refresh

Session 2: Assigning costs and managing resources
1. Assign rates to resources
2. Identify over allocated resources
3. Level resources on a single project plan automatically
4. Level resources on a single project plan manually
5. Utilise Resource usage views to track resource allocation

Session 3: Resource concepts
1. Explain effort driven resourcing
2. Assign effort and resource to your project once
3. Explain the driver resource
4. Identify the impact of changing tasks once project plan set up
5. Identify the impacts of adding and reducing resources once project plan set up
6. Demonstrate how to reschedule tasks

Session 4: Reports, Tables and Filters
