About This Training Course

We can do all sorts of courses, and learn all sorts of skills and techniques to help us in our work and in our personal lives. However, when we most need to use these skills and abilities, we are often least able to draw upon them. When we are stressed, worried, bothered, anxious or pre-occupied, all the information we have learned tends to go out the window. We lose perspective and clarity, our judgement becomes clouded, our ability to listen and respond constructively to others is reduced. In short, we are not at our best.
This Working Well, Living Well Training Course provides participants with an opportunity to learn how to work and live more from a balanced, responsive and effective state of mind.
